Buyers will submit offers based on the timeline of being shown your home with their own agent. From there, The Wynne Team will contact you and ask if you would like to reject, counter or accept the offer. Once you accept an offer, you will be officially UNDER CONTRACT. During the timeline of the contract process, we will make sure you understand the conditions, provisions and obligations of your contract.
